With your attention, you develop your virtues. Withdraw your attention, and your vices control you.

With your attention, your creativity flourishes. Withdraw your attention, and possibilities remain dormant.

What area of your life is inviting your attention at this time? What does this moment want to be?

Remember, this moment is an opportunity to connect to Love and so to live into the fullness of who you are.
