【Chapter1 啟智篇】事實上，所有問題都包含了“我”加上其他部分，“我”自身的問題不解決，在那些“我的”東西上下功夫是徒勞的。真正的“我”并不需要依賴“我的”東西才能存在。

只要將資源投入在修煉一個健康的自己上，一切轉(zhuǎn)變就會隨之發(fā)生。

As long as the root of all problems，“me”,is not fixed，“my”problem will never be fixed.

As long as? we concentrate on practing a healthy "us",everything can be solved.
