最近看了中餐廳的綜藝節(jié)目,每次都看著看著餓了,雖然只有那么幾道菜,但是看著他們做出來,尤其是張亮做菜的時候似乎都能聞到香味??赡苁亲罱@幾個月沒法去餐館吃飯的原因,憋了好久的味蕾終于忍不住了,于是我下決心自己試著把手藝練起來。
第一天
準備做北京炸醬面,起因是由于晚上吃面條的時候,覺得不過癮,想吃頓豐盛的面。菜譜都已經(jīng)查好了,記錄在案,但是,由于晚上回來太匆忙,沒有提前泡香菇等食材,作罷。

4.番茄汁倒入干凈的鍋里,大火煮20分鐘(實際上煮了快40分鐘,原因是我在放入豆?jié){機的時候,水太少,不給我開機!所以我狂加了2碗水);
5.煮的差不多(這個差不多真的很難說清楚,自己把握吧)的時候,關(guān)小火倒入白糖大概有大半湯勺的量、生粉水半碗(實際我用的是葛根粉,因為家里只有這個/(ㄒoㄒ)/~~)、一茶勺或兩勺白醋(為了防腐,不嫌麻煩的話可以用檸檬汁)、一茶勺鹽(平勺);
6.中間不停的攪動,大概再煮5分鐘左右,聞到香味,而且差不多成糊狀了,就可以?;鹆?;
