Part 1. 感悟
這一小節(jié)里面有個(gè)挺感人的細(xì)節(jié)。
就是當(dāng)Elon聽到員工Hollman 的抱怨后，第一時(shí)間讓助手Brown來解決員工個(gè)人的難處,并且還提前同意支付費(fèi)用。由此可見，Elon也是一個(gè)心思非常細(xì)膩的人，并且能這么快速并切實(shí)地解決員工的個(gè)人問題，保障他們都能安心地工作。這個(gè)角度來看，他是個(gè)好老板！
Elon can be very demanding ,but he'll make sure the obstacles in your way are removed.
當(dāng)你真正關(guān)心別人的時(shí)候，換來的也一定是別人的理解和支持。Hollman也有之前的抱怨，轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槿缃衲軌蛘驹诶习宓慕嵌热タ紤]問題。有了這樣的相互理解，也必然能夠讓事業(yè)做的更長遠(yuǎn)。

Part 2. Summary :
According to Musk , its first rocket would launch in "early 2004". With this goal looming , many people worked harder and longer time .
But the pending launch ignited Musk's salesman instincts. So he wanted to show the public about their achievement and drum up some excitement around SpaceX. He decided to unveil a prototype of Falcon 1 ?to the public in Washington before first rocket launching . It added more extra work to employees. But in Elon's opinion , the company can get a lot of backing from the government.
Just after a few weeks of that , Elon made a plan for a second rocket . It would be with more engines and could carry more weight .More importantly,it could reach the International Space Station for resupply missions.It will be a big step for Space Industry .
During this period, Elon's team's spirit has been seen . Although facing a ?sort of insurmountable challenge , they banded tegather to solve them . They were all smart ,hard-working , eager to perfect projects . Like any other bosses, he also asked workers to do more and be better.
He also asked the suppliers to keep up with company's pace. Sometimes he flew his jet across the country to follow up on things personally .
