扶小鷹助教初賽——自我介紹

? ? ? 大家好！
? ? ? 我是王紅，來自河南省南陽市，是一位小學語文老師，我曾經(jīng)在老家的初中教過八年英語。當時我的英語水平很低，壓力非常大，是因為家鄉(xiāng)缺老師才臨時上陣。
? ? ? 那時候，我的聽力聽不懂，于是一句一句反復聽，作文寫不出，就一篇一篇寫下水文。買了好幾本語法知識書，反復備課，一周四節(jié)新課，總是要準備一個星期，還講得疙疙瘩瘩。短短三個月的時間，我瘦了30斤，連母親在身邊看電視的聲音也聽不見。
? ? ? “功夫不負有心人?！蔽业呐]有白費，期中、期末考試，我教的兩個班兩次獲得全鄉(xiāng)第一、第三的好成績，連校長都對我贊不絕口。但是我深知自己學歷低，英語水平弱，所以暑假自費去北京學習英語口語，提升專業(yè)素養(yǎng)。
? ? ? 當時我教的兩個班雖然名次在當?shù)夭诲e，但是成績低得不可思議，80分以上的孩子只有1/3， 60分以下的學生卻占到2/3，60和80分之間幾乎沒有學生，也就是說兩極分化極其嚴重，要么少量學生積極學習，要么大批學生放棄學英語。
? ? ? 為什么呢？
? ? ? 因為我們極度匱乏學習英語的環(huán)境，周圍的人清一色說的是漢語，生活中幾乎沒有英語的存在空間，上課只是生硬地灌輸單詞和語法，孩子們英語的學習興趣幾乎為零。
