降級(jí)方法：
將下載好的platform-tools壓縮包解壓，替換SDK根目錄下的platform-tools目錄即可

版本：platform-tools的版本名稱(chēng)（33.0.1，33.0.0...）
系統(tǒng)：Windwos→windows，Mac→darwin，linux→linux
例如：https://dl.google.com/android/repository/platform-tools_r33.0.1-windows.zip
