android系統(tǒng)刷完機器后，如果連上網(wǎng)絡(luò)，默認(rèn)會從服務(wù)器更新時間，但常常概率性的有機器等待很久才會更新或不更新時間

減少從服務(wù)器拉取時間間隔，加大拉取時間的次數(shù)
