? ? I spent at least 4 days in studying the doctor’s advices system ，for I had no experience about it before . It’s really not easy .Without my clinical teacher’s patient attitude and holding my hand , I would take more time to master this system . I also appreciate all the colleagues in endocrine , they more or less helped me in different ways .

? ? I had 6 patients last fortnight . As a new noob , My brain volume is too small to handle so many informations .

An aunt suffered from endocrine exophthalmoses , which is also named as thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy (TAO) , a young woman came into our hospital to reevaluate her pituitary gland functions after craniopharyngioma operation , the third man was a type 2 diabetes mellitus sufferer . All of them left the hospital ward in last weekend .? ?

? ? My 3 new patients came into my ward on Wednesday this week . A 41 years old man got obesity and hypertension, with a high aldosterone level but can’t find the exact cause , we need to help him find out whether the endocrine lesions lead to his hypertension or not . A lady suffered from a same surgery , craniopharyngioma operation , and she also needed a reevaluation of her pituitary gland functions . My last patient is a 28 years old woman , found a pituitary gland tumor in her brain 2 years ago when she accepted a MRI examination , her prolactin level is also high and we need to know more messages to formulate a plan to treat her disease .

Most of the drugs , relevant examinations and laboratory tests and the concrete treatment plan are put forward by my clinical teacher , what I could do is to execute her instructions and memorize her arrangements . Only during my break can I analyze her clinical mind and try to understand why she use these tests and examinations . She is experienced and I could learn many things from her .
