Today I spend whole afternoon listen to Dr Yu about how to make MOOC.

What expressed most is not how to make the MOOC but what is MOOC and how MOOC can help us to improve our effect of teaching.

And what shocked me is how the Dr Yu's team invest so many effort to do that.So I know why Tsinghua is the best university of China while BJTU is just so so.At Tsinghua you can spent so many time on that and the university support you with money and most important is trust.

But I still learn many from the class.

Split the knowledge point

You must split your class to many videos say about 5 of each class.

Make the relations between each point clear

You must make the relationship between each point clear.You must tell will one is at the beginning and which one followed by another.So when you finished you got a big network of the point.

One 16 weeks class should have 100 point

For a class of 4 score it is better to divided into 100 knowledge point.

For each point there is better to 3 video

Is is better to have one video followed by a quiz.

The most important is to change your standpoint

You must change your point view to the thinking of Internet.you should change your habit to talk all the time and you are the central of the class to ?the thought that students is the center of the class.

The good video relayed on the good plan

You should make the plan carefully before you star record the video.You must decided whether the video should have the person or the experiment or other things.

All in one,the lecture is a very good trip of 3 hours.Thanks Dr Yu for his wonderful lecture.
