之前分享過(guò)律動(dòng)性強(qiáng)的歌謠跟chant很適合啟蒙階段的孩子培養(yǎng)語(yǔ)感?！禕ut not the hippopotamus 》就是這樣滿(mǎn)是押韻般的chant。
翻開(kāi)第一頁(yè)就給我難住了，幾個(gè)不認(rèn)識(shí)的單詞，A hog and a frog carvort in the bog.一只豬跟青蛙在泥坑里跳躍手舞足蹈。
A cat and two rats are trying on hat
But not the hippopotamus.
A moose and a goose together have juice.
But not the hippopotamus.
一只小貓跟兩只老鼠在試著帽子，但沒(méi)有河馬呀！
一只麋鹿跟一只鵝在喝著果汁，但沒(méi)有河馬呀！
A bear and a hare have been to a fair
but not the hippopotamus.
熊跟兔子去了游園會(huì)，但沒(méi)有河馬呀！
Now the hog and the frog hurry out for a? jog.
While the cat and the rats in their new running hats……
小豬和青蛙急著去慢跑，然后后面跟著貓咪跟老鼠帶著他們的跑步帽
…while the moose and the bear and the goose and the hare are doing their best to keep up with the rest.
But not the hippopotamus.
麋鹿、熊、鵝還有兔子努力跑步不掉隊(duì)，但沒(méi)有河馬呀！
Then the animal pack comes scurrying back，saying，hey come join the lot of us！
And she just doesn't know—should she stay ？should she go？
動(dòng)物小伙伴們匆匆趕來(lái)，齊聲說(shuō)：嘿！跟我們一起跑步吧！
她不知道該待著不動(dòng)還是去跑步？
這次河馬說(shuō)，我來(lái)了，但沒(méi)有滁狳呀
