Arguments
Onaverage our mind lost in thought almost 47% at the time, research paper publicized by Harvard University. At the same time, constantly mind wandering is also the direct cause of unhappiness.
Destination
Face the reality, better understand the present moment. Not being lost in thought, not being distracted, not being overwhelmed by difficult emotions. We can not change very little things happened in our life, but we can change the way we experience. Through meditation, learn how to be in here now, how to be mindful, how to be at present.

What is meditation?
The essence of meditation is learning how to be more mindful, not be distracted, and more familiar with our present. Just simply doing nothing.
How to approach attention focusing?
Just taking 10 minutes out a day, looking for a balancing, a focusing , and a relaxing way,without judgment, to allow our thoughts and emotions easily coming and going. Just like step back, then you can see the thought clearly. Thus,you can experience a greater sense to gain a calm, focus and clarity in your life.
