A man came home from work late, tired and irritated, to find his 5-year old son waiting for him at the door.
一個男人工作到很晚，回家后，十分困倦，發(fā)現(xiàn)他5歲的兒子在門口等他。
"Daddy , may I ask you a question?"
“爸爸，我能問你一個問題嗎？”
"Yeah, sure ,what is it ?" replied the man.
“可以，說吧。”那人回答
"Daddy, how much do you make an hour?"
“爸爸，你一個小時掙多少錢？”
"that's none of your business. Why do you ask such a thing?"the man said angrily.
"I just want to know.Please tell me, how much do you make an hour?"pleaded the little boy.
“不關(guān)你的事，為什么問這個”男人生氣地說道。“我就是想知道，求求你，告訴我吧”男孩祈求道。
"If you must know, I make 20 dollars an hour"
“2美元一小時，如果你非要知道的話”
" Oh"the little boy replied,with his head down.
“哦”小男孩低著頭回答道。
Looking up, he said,"Daddy, may I please borrow 10 dollars?"
他抬起頭又問“爸爸，那你能借我10美元嗎？”
The father was very angry,"If the only reason you asked that is you can borrow some money to buy a silly toy or some other nonsense,then you march yourself straight to your room and go to bed.
爸爸非常生氣地說道：“如果你問這個就想借點錢去買那些沒用的玩具或者其它玩意兒，那你直接回屋睡覺吧”
Thinked about why you are so selfish.I work long hard hours everyday and don't have time for such this childish bahavior."
“然后想想你是多么自私。我每天辛辛苦苦上班沒工夫跟你玩這種愚蠢的游戲”
The little boy quietly went to his room and shut the door.The man sat down and started get even angrier about the boy's questions.
小男孩默默地回到自己的房間，把門關(guān)上。爸爸坐下來后越想越氣。
How dare he ask such question only to get some money?
“”為了跟我要錢竟敢問這種問題！“”
After about an hour or so,the man had calmed down,and started to think:
He may have been a little hard on his son.Maybe there was something he really needed to buy with that 10 dollars and he really didn't ask for money very often.
過了一個小時后，男人漸漸冷靜下來，開始想“他對兒子有點粗暴了，或許他真的需要那10美元，而且他也不經(jīng)常跟我要錢?！?/p>
The man went to the door of the littlle boy's room and opened it.
男人推開門，走進了小男孩的房間
"Are you asleep, son?" he asked.
“兒子，你睡了嗎？”他問。
"No, Daddy, I am awake."replied the boy.
"沒有，爸爸。” 小男孩回答道。
"I've been thingking, maybe I was too hard on you earlier,"said the man.
“我在想，剛才對你太粗暴了”男人說。
"It's been a long day and I took out my anger on you ,here's the 10 dollars you asked for ."
“工作一天了，我遷怒與你了，給你這10美元”
The little boy sat straight up, smiling."oh, thank you Daddy!"he yelled.
小男孩立刻笑著站了起來，歡呼道：“耶，謝謝爸爸！”
Then, reaching under his pillow he pulled ?out some crumpled up bills.
然后，他伸手去枕頭底下掏出一些皺皺巴巴的票子。
The man,seeing that his son already had money,started to get angry again.
男人看見他兒子的錢后，又開始火了。
The little boy slowly counted out his money,then looked up at his father.
小男孩小心翼翼地數(shù)著手中的錢，然后抬起頭看著他的父親。
"Why do you want more money if you already have some?" the father said.
“你有錢為什么還跟我要錢？”父親問道。
"Because I didn't have enough,but now I do ."the little boy replied.
“以為我的錢還不夠，但是現(xiàn)在夠了”小男孩答道。
"Daddy, I have 20 dollars now.can I buy an hour of you time? Please come home early tomorrow. I would like to have dinner with you ."
“爸爸，我已經(jīng)有20美元了。 我能買你一個小時的時間嗎？能不能明天早點回來，我想跟你一起吃晚餐”
The father was crushed.He put his arms arroud his little son,and he begged for his forgiveness.
父親有點崩潰了，他緊緊地抱著兒子，祈求著他兒子的原諒。
?昨天跟老公一起看了最新的《奇葩說》，這一期也正好是在討論關(guān)于陪伴孩子的問題。不過論題有點大開腦洞，是“如果爸爸不能每周陪伴孩子12個小時，爸爸這個稱號是否能取消”。顏如晶在辯論的時候有段話讓我記憶猶新。她說：“孩子的一生就像是一部電視連續(xù)劇，從第一集到第二十集，他會慢慢地改變。如果父母沒有看過前二十集，在第二十一集卻突然站出來說，這個女的不能和那個男的在一起。這時候是不是為時已晚。孩子的人生比連續(xù)劇要糟糕的多，連續(xù)劇你不看還可以補，但是孩子的1-20歲不看的時候，你就永遠看不到了?！?/p>
? ? 就像上面的故事一樣，請各位爸爸媽媽多抽出自己的時間來陪伴一下自己的孩子吧，因為時間不會等你，孩子會不知不覺就長大了。
