Interruption: An interruption is something that stops works from being done. Frequent interruption prevents you from staying focused.
打斷:打斷是指一些能讓你停止當(dāng)前工作的事情。頻繁的打斷會阻止你保持專注。

Priority: A priority is a task that should be completed before others. If a task is important and needs to be finished as soon as possible, it is a high priority.
優(yōu)先級:優(yōu)先級是指你需要比其他事情優(yōu)先完成的任務(wù)。如果一個任務(wù)重要而且需要盡快完成,那么它就是高優(yōu)先級的。

To-do list: A to-do list is a list of tasks that need to be completed. Making a to-do list of your work helps you set priorities and organize your time.
待做清單:待做清單就是一個待需要完成任務(wù)的列表。制作一個工作的待做清單能幫助你設(shè)置優(yōu)先級,組織你的時間。
