Lesson43 Over the South?Pole

In 1929, three years after his flight over the North Pole, the American explorer, R.

E. Byrd, successfully flew over the South Pole for the first time. Though, at first, Byrd and his men were able to take a great many photographs of the mountains that lay below,?they?soon?ran?into?serious?trouble.?At?one?point,?it?seemed?certain?that?their?plane would?crash.?It?could?only?get?over?the?mountains?if?it?rose?to?10,000?feet.?Byrd?at?once ordered?his?men?to?throw?out?two?heavy?food?sacks.?The?plane?was?then?able?to?rise?and it?cleared?the?mountains?by?400?feet.?Byrd?now?knew?that?he?would?be?able?to?reach?the South?Pole?which?was?300?miles?away,?for?there?were?no?more?mountains?in?sight.?The aircraft was able to fly over the endless white plains without?difficulty.

有幾天停掉了，再做的時(shí)候感覺(jué)狀態(tài)就不太多了，果然是不能掉隊(duì)的。雞血也不能一直打的，要自己有血才可以。本來(lái)想著把前幾天的補(bǔ)上來(lái)，結(jié)果真是補(bǔ)不了了，太多了。就會(huì)對(duì)自己很生氣。保持固定的節(jié)奏真是非常重要的。

越來(lái)越喜歡看視頻講解了，真是能看到好多自己看不到的點(diǎn)，經(jīng)常有‘哇，這個(gè)單詞還可以這么用’，‘這個(gè)語(yǔ)法還可以這么用’，學(xué)到了新的東西就覺(jué)得好開(kāi)心，特別是通過(guò)自己的力量學(xué)到的。

希望自己可以有個(gè)正循環(huán)的開(kāi)始，慢慢把自己調(diào)整過(guò)來(lái)，有個(gè)正循環(huán)。
