原文：汝負(fù)我命，我還汝債。以是姻緣，經(jīng)千百劫常在生死。汝愛我心，我憐汝色。以是姻緣，經(jīng)千百劫常在纏縛。

譯文：You owe me a life; I return your debt. Thus this fatal yoke, however experiences hundreds of thousands rounds of predestines, is doomed to be about life and death; You love my heart; I cherish your beauty. In that this affinal connection, however endeavors hundreds of thousands rounds of inexorable ordeal, is doomed to be about lingering and interwining.

原文據(jù)說是佛說的，sermoned by the Buhhda.

翻譯思路：“以是”有因此，于是之意，此處譯為thus和in that。兩處并無區(qū)分，只是想在英文中避免重復(fù)。

“姻緣”，是一種聯(lián)系，或是關(guān)系，可選relationship, connection, 甚至yoke。因是古文，故首選yoke，表達(dá)“結(jié)成配偶”之意。

“憐”，即是愛，前后避免重復(fù)，后一個改成表達(dá)珍愛的cherish

"劫"，可譯為困難、考驗，但此處選取了ordeal，表達(dá)嚴(yán)峻的考驗之意。
