Still working on chapter 9...So much to catch up for the following week.

The question for chapter 8 is，asked more than a week ago，what is my definition of organic. So after reading it，I think according to the owner of polyfaces who required the writer to drive to his farm to have the literally organic food，organic means nothing industrialized. It is more a lifestyle than a? piece of meat. Not only the whole process of growing the food need to be natural and healthy，but also the way one gets it should be as natural as possible. So if you really want to have something organic，run your own farm please，or else you can only drive a long way back to a remote place to have something organic. But，the fact that you need to take a long journey to get to the place means that you are not leaving an organic life.
