Every time I'm asked why I like reading, I must ask myself again. Why? Interestingly, the reason is probably that I've developed such hobby since I was little, from which I benefit a lot.
Confronted with the situation where there are different kinds of books, such as history, science, literature, and so on, I prefer literature, with reasons listed as follows. Primarily, it helps release the pressure from study and enrich my life. In addition, it helps broadens my horizons and improve my writing skills, with which I can well prepare for the future.
Therefore, above are why I like reading as well as how I think of it.

Reading is to me what water is to fish. With such an inborn natural thirst for knowledge from books, I cannot help but sail on the ocean created by the wise every time I get involved in reading.
Among all the varieties of books, such as history, science, literature, and so on, I prefer literature, especially masterpieces by the giants. The primary reason for this preference is that it improves my writing skills and broadens my horizons. In addition, it enriches my life and offers me an endless source of reflection, which somehow guide my actions.
In brief, as water is essential to fish, without reading, I don't think I could live.
