On each Monday , our school holds a regular meeting to summerize the work done? in last week and arranges the new tasks.
After the several leaders' speech, the headmaster usually gives a summary. Actually, almost in his every statement, he always scolded? something or some people.
In last two weeks, he criticized some? teachers to use electric appliances to get heat, because he thought teachers should use coals , although it was really cold and there was usually no hot water to take a bath at night.He even claimed that there was a problem in his moral quality who used electric applianceas. Many teachers were very angry but afraid to say something to rebel.
Just now, we have finished a regular meeting. I felt fown by what the headmaster said. He said some teachers made no effort to make progress especially the young. It is true everyone should work hard .But to make a school bettet,? the effective leading of leaders is also important. To some extent, the pattern of a school's operating is more vital than a single teacher's work.
However, the atmosphere of the study in our school is so so bad . There are only several or a dozen students willing to study regardless of their talent in a class where there are more than fifty or sixty people. What's worse, when teachers have a lesson, the students who don't want to? learn usually make various noise so that the voice of teachers are covered. How pathetic! Well , the leaders just blame teachers over and over? again, but never take some actions to improve the student's motivation.
During the four years, there weren't any recreational activities for students to show their gift except for exams.Of course, there isn't? any training for teachers. Now i really miss the time which was spent in my middle school.Although it was a urban school,? it is famous for its management.I also miss the happy laugh the whole teachers and students made during the new years party , which will never happen in this school.
It is bad to complaint something. Many successful people have? written lots of articles to persuade people to stop complainting but to change yourself. In this situation, i can't change anything , just a sense of powerless roots in my heart.If there is a change , i should go and leave this place to find my real dream.
