? ? ?看完這部電影，讓我印象最深刻的一個(gè)場(chǎng)景。女主人公深夜淚流滿面一個(gè)人趴在地板上，孤獨(dú)無(wú)助的模樣令人心疼?！拔也恢涝撛鯓雍妥约合嗵?”這一句簡(jiǎn)簡(jiǎn)單單的臺(tái)詞讓多少人內(nèi)心為之一顫。對(duì)啊，很多時(shí)候我們內(nèi)心所有的孤獨(dú)，焦慮，不安都是源于我們對(duì)自己的不確定。我們不知道該怎樣和自己相處。也許身邊也會(huì)有很多人或者很多類似的文章會(huì)告訴我們，女孩子無(wú)論何時(shí)要愛自己，和自己和平共處?？墒?，怎樣才算愛自己呢？這真的不是一件很簡(jiǎn)單的事情。并非你把自己吃穿用度都打理的很好就算照顧好了自己，即便如此你會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)你依舊會(huì)迷茫會(huì)有失落感。到底該怎樣和自己獨(dú)處呢？每個(gè)人可能都有自己的方式吧！但是最重要的真的是源于自己的內(nèi)心。對(duì)，你要保守你的心，勝過(guò)保守一切，因?yàn)橐簧墓Ф际怯尚陌l(fā)出的。也許我們會(huì)處在一個(gè)讓自己很不舒服的大環(huán)境里面。這個(gè)時(shí)候，你只有兩個(gè)選擇，要么像女主一樣果斷的選擇脫離和改變，這當(dāng)然需要莫大的勇氣和魄力。你可能會(huì)因此一無(wú)所有，回到新的起點(diǎn)，但是經(jīng)歷過(guò)陣痛就是新的不一樣的人生。另一種就是將就，得過(guò)且過(guò)的待在這個(gè)也許不舒服卻已習(xí)慣的環(huán)境里。害怕失去，害怕改變，害怕未知。雖然這樣的選擇看似很安全，卻像一個(gè)牢籠把我們本該年輕張揚(yáng)的內(nèi)心鎖的死死的。很可惜，我們大多數(shù)人包括我自己在內(nèi)都沒(méi)有勇氣選擇改變?；蛟S，我們也會(huì)在夜深人靜的時(shí)候不知所措，對(duì)自己失望，不知道該怎樣和自己獨(dú)處?？墒?，等早上的太陽(yáng)一升起來(lái)，還是帶著一身的疲憊和迷茫又把自己扔到了那個(gè)討厭的大環(huán)境里。很多時(shí)候，我們不僅要愛護(hù)身體更要去滋養(yǎng)靈魂，足夠堅(jiān)定，足夠堅(jiān)持，像劇中女主一般，能夠有勇氣對(duì)那些不懂你卻覺得為你好的人說(shuō)I ?need ?the ? change.并且真的身體力行。是一件很棒的事情。
