Elon從不掩飾自己對勝利和成功的渴望和追求,而且但凡是他認定的,沒有失敗的說法,有的就是各種方法實現(xiàn),就是死磕到把事情做成自己想要的,而且要快,要好,要更高等級,從來不停歇。第六章是Rocket公司從無到有,從單槍匹馬到幾百高端人才的大公司,這里面作者是很客觀地說明了Musk是如何一步步走出來的。而且整個這一段,很少出現(xiàn)Elon自己的語言,無論是在哪一個階段,見到了什么人,遇到事情他怎么做出回應(yīng)的,幾乎所有的都是從雇員口中講述。而我們很容易發(fā)現(xiàn)這些雇員在講到自己和Elon的第一次見面,第一次聽他構(gòu)思rocket公司的與眾不同,他們內(nèi)心毫不掩飾的心動。就像是伯牙聽到鐘子期回答,“善哉,峨峨兮若泰山;善哉,洋洋兮若江河?!保K遇知音的不可抑制地內(nèi)心顫動。這就是自己可以一展才華的地方。Elon無法控制自己對高標準的苛求和高人才的渴望,這里就顯示了他的兩面性。而相對在前兩次創(chuàng)業(yè)中展示的缺點,這次倒顯得溫和一些,也許是他的優(yōu)勢太強勢,在這次rocket發(fā)射中,沒有他的鼓勵和堅持,真的無法快速的完成。
