什么是禪舞?
WhatIs Awareness Dance
禪舞即禪心之舞。它是禪學文化跟舞蹈藝術融為一體的一種修身養(yǎng)性的方法。
Awareness Dance is dance with awareness mind.
It's the combination of Zen culture and dance art.
禪心即是覺醒之心。此禪心本體【清凈無染,無所掛礙】;【無生無滅,無邊無際】;【慈悲智慧,明察秋毫】;【光明妙用,無所不為】;【顯現如夢,本自解脫】。它是每個人都本自具有的,我們所要做的只是發(fā)現它而已。
Awareness mind means awakened mind, essential mind, or enlightened mind. The awareness mind is cleanwithout any pollution, without any attachment or worry. It has no birth anddeath. It is boundless. It is compassionate and wise. It can see the minutesdetails in everything. It has magical effect and produces everything. Itsappearance is like a dream, and it releases everything itself and naturally.Everyone has this amazing enlightened mind. What we need to do is onlydiscovering it.
禪舞是在身心寧靜的狀態(tài)下,身、心、音樂融為一體而自發(fā)產生的一種舞蹈。它如行云流水般流暢而優(yōu)美。它是身心自然、和諧的靈動,是禪心的自由表述,它甚至可以使舞蹈者通達宇宙生命的本質。
它既是禪心柔美的表達,也是治療身心疾病的一種方法。
Awareness Dance is a kind of spontaneous movement that body, mind andmusic mixed into ? one while mind is inpeaceful state. It is as beautiful and smooth like the water flowing and theclouds floating.
It is the expression of ?awareness mind, and also a method of curing physical and mental problems.

1、舞姿之美:舞蹈自然、流暢、優(yōu)雅,沒有一絲一毫的造作。

2、禪心之美:回歸心的自然本初狀態(tài),流露出自然、自在、寬廣、深沉、慈悲、智慧、愉悅、溫馨、光明之美。

1、 ?靜心開慧,祛除執(zhí)著與煩惱。發(fā)現心的本質,開啟本有的智慧,解放自己的心靈。

當我們的心處于無造作、自然、清明、覺知的狀態(tài)時,我們的身心自然與環(huán)境融洽相處。此時體內的能量自然流動,如果伴隨著優(yōu)美的音樂,則身體自然會隨著旋律起舞。
When our mind stays in untrived, natural, clear and awareness, our mind and body mix with music harmonious. Then the energy inside moves smoothly, it pushes limbs naturaly dance with the melody of music.

2、心無掛礙,擺脫自己和他人思想的控制,沒有期望和恐懼。

由于禪舞的整個過程是訓練我們拋棄期望,拋棄幻想,覺察音樂、舞蹈和心的本性。長期以往,我們就可以達到心無掛礙,沒有期望和恐懼,得到自由和快樂。
Since the procedure of AwarenessDance is training us to discard expectation and delusion, to observe the natureof music, movement and mind. After some time, we can be unimpeded in our mind,we have no expectation and fear, only freedom and happiness.

Since no more expectation,delusion, fear and dissatisfaction, our pure mind has chance to show up. Andthe nature of essential mind is full of love and compassion. This kind of loveand compassion fill and nourish every cell of our body, and the light of loveand compassion naturally illuminate the people and environment around us, makeourselves and others immerse in the warm love.
5、身體健康keep healthy
人之所以生病,大多是因為常年累月的勞累和思想壓力導致。而這些都是因為我們內心的執(zhí)著和障礙導致能量流動受阻,使身體發(fā)生病變。禪樂消除思想的障礙,使體內的能量得以自然流動,滋養(yǎng)我們的身體,所以身體自然健康。
Most of the illness cause oflong-term hard work and mental tension. And our body get sick because our minds attach to something and worry too much and make energy block in body. Awareness music removes the obstacle of mind, let the energy go smoothly in body, and nourish our body, then we have good health.
6、命運的改變 change fate
所謂“相由心生”,這個“相”不但指人的相貌,同時也指外部環(huán)境,包括所有的人和物。一旦我們的心變得寧靜、寬廣、慈悲、光明、快樂、自由,那么我們的身體和外部環(huán)境、人、事自然會發(fā)生變化。這時,我們的生命就會發(fā)生質的改變。
There is an old saying that Appearance Comes from Insight. The appearance not only refers to one person’s looks, but also means the environment, including all the people and everything around us. Once our mind become peaceful, boundless, loving, compassionate, bright, happy and free, then our body and outside environment will naturally change. Then our life will bedefinitely different.
