就在這幾天，我上傳APP 到 APP Store Apple那邊拒絕我的申請(qǐng)。原文如上。
先做個(gè)排除法。
- 金融類(lèi)APP ?
- 公司類(lèi)型的開(kāi)發(fā)者賬號(hào)上傳 ?
- 開(kāi)發(fā)賬號(hào)申請(qǐng)郵箱是公司郵箱 ?
- iTunes Connect中填寫(xiě)的技術(shù)支持網(wǎng)址是跟公司有關(guān)的網(wǎng)址 ?
- APP名稱(chēng)是否跟公司業(yè)務(wù)有關(guān) ?
咋一看。沒(méi)毛病啊。為什么會(huì)拒絕呢？
于是我又重新上傳了一遍，又被拒了。還是一樣的理由。
一臉懵逼的我，嘗試打電話(huà)給 Apple開(kāi)發(fā)者支持熱線(xiàn)(4006701855).客服妹子聲音挺好聽(tīng)。她給了我一個(gè)建議:"叫我把APP名稱(chēng)修改為與公司名稱(chēng)更加近似的名稱(chēng)就沒(méi)毛病了"
然后我改了名字又提交。又被拒了。我的內(nèi)心是崩潰的。
然后我直接在 iTunes Connect 中與Apple 郵件溝通。尋求幫助。Apple 告訴我將會(huì)電話(huà)聯(lián)系我。等了好久都沒(méi)接到電話(huà)。萬(wàn)般無(wú)奈，只得又給蘋(píng)果發(fā)郵件。
Apple 在早上8點(diǎn)多電話(huà)聯(lián)系了我。跟他們溝通才知道了具體問(wèn)題。
重點(diǎn):
技術(shù)支持網(wǎng)站的內(nèi)容一定要用交易信息的技術(shù)支持網(wǎng)站，換句話(huà)說(shuō)也就是你填寫(xiě)的技術(shù)支持網(wǎng)站的內(nèi)容一定要跟APP的交易內(nèi)容一致。
然后我把技術(shù)支持網(wǎng)頁(yè)修改了。現(xiàn)在APP正在審核中。如果通過(guò)了，本文將不再更新。如果沒(méi)有通過(guò)，我將繼續(xù)更新后續(xù)狀態(tài)！
解決方案:
使用總公司的名義申請(qǐng)了開(kāi)發(fā)者賬號(hào),然后把APP轉(zhuǎn)移到總公司賬號(hào)下,再次提交,秒過(guò)!
