衡陽罐子街蜂糕
罐子街蜂糕是用面粉或米面加糖、果料等蒸制而成的一種糕食小吃。罐子街在端午節(jié)至重陽節(jié)前后,用麥面和酒發(fā)酵,再加上各種水果,用籠蒸好后切開,內(nèi)中有較多蜂窩狀的小孔,像蜂窩一樣,故名蜂糕。
