The eviction has become a foregone conclusion in absence of building code for this tiny house to conform to and no corresponding procedure for the dwellers to apply for the occupancy permit. Meanwhile, as the local zoning boards stipulates, the house on the residential slots must be equipped with quality amenities. The lawmaker has attempted to solve this problem by passing a bill, but unfortunately failed. Most of these tiny dwellers would end up homeless.?
