在B站看見了一個(gè)系列視頻，據(jù)說(shuō)是美國(guó)小學(xué)生的自然科學(xué)課，剛好拿來(lái)學(xué)一學(xué)英語(yǔ)。下面是做的一些筆記以及自己嘗試的一些描述。

A life cycle is the series of changes occurring in an animal or plant.

A plant changes as it grows. All of these changes make a plant's life cycle. A plant goes many stages in its life cycle.

A plant begins life as a seed. Flowers make fruits that hold seeds. A seed has a baby plant inside. Seeds have special seed coats to protect them.

A seed can also come from a cone.

The seed sprouts and becomes a seedling.

A seedling is a young plant.

As it grows up, it becomes taller and thicker.

The seedling grows into an adult plant.

When the plant grows up, new seeds will begin the new life cycle.

My description:

A seed became a adult plant, and adult plant holds new seeds, we called it 'life cycle'. Round and round, born—growing—die—new life.

Seed is something can be growing to an new plant. Fruits or cones holds seeds. Cones is the pine tree's fruit, but we won't eat the pine tree's fruit, we eat their seeds.

Seeds have many way to travel, such as float in air、stick to other thing、eaten by animals and float on water.

Seeds have seed coats to protect them, like people put coat to protect themselves.

Sprout means the seed will grow leaves soon. Seed sprout to seedling, and seedling becoming a growing plant, finally, it growing to an adult plant.

Adult plant means it is totally grown, it is taller、stronger than any other stages. And, it can provide new seeds to start a new life cycle.
