? 上帝創(chuàng)造出了萬(wàn)物及時(shí)間刻度,是有道理的。精神滿滿的睡眠狀態(tài)可以保證我們一天的精力充沛。沒(méi)有合理的作息規(guī)律,會(huì)讓人疲憊不堪,智商指數(shù)下降,工作也進(jìn)入不到最佳狀態(tài)。
? ? 自從疫情后,作息嚴(yán)重被打亂。分不清楚早上和晚上,每天合理的事項(xiàng)安排也總在計(jì)劃內(nèi)被改變時(shí)間刻度。好友把我拉黑了兩個(gè),總認(rèn)為是故意不理人。沒(méi)有完整作息表,工作彈性,交流彈性,飲食彈性。這對(duì)自己造就了很大困擾。隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,越來(lái)越多年輕人,熬夜創(chuàng)造工作價(jià)值,努力上進(jìn)是好事,但沒(méi)有充沛的睡眠精力。第二天整個(gè)人就像行走的無(wú)腦人一樣,很難進(jìn)入狀態(tài)。時(shí)間凌亂的部分人呢,幾乎更不用說(shuō)。蘇蘇一星期前建議我要有合理的規(guī)劃,不然整日也是瞎忙活。勞力又傷神,這才是最浪費(fèi)時(shí)間的事。
2020年3月17日,睡醒6點(diǎn)多。糟了,我文章還沒(méi)碼。腦子轉(zhuǎn)阿轉(zhuǎn),一片空白混亂。沒(méi)錯(cuò),昨晚睡太晚了,智商又為0了,所以就有了這篇文章提醒大家,也是告誡自己。要有合理時(shí)間安排睡眠作息,不要讓彈性的睡眠影響我們走江湖。晚上對(duì)于很多人來(lái)說(shuō)就是睡覺(jué)休息的時(shí)間,不能開(kāi)始晚上的工作。陽(yáng)光明媚的白天才是我們進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)勞動(dòng)的最佳時(shí)間。
