[自述]我在斐濟(jì)工作的時(shí)間，在酒店住的時(shí)候，特意降級(jí)住到外國(guó)青年住的宿舍。對(duì)于在宿舍居住的外國(guó)男女青年，大家都覺(jué)得多人宿舍男女混住很習(xí)以為常。
期間我很吃驚的認(rèn)識(shí)到，很多來(lái)自德國(guó)，瑞士，以色列19歲，20歲，22歲的女孩，或男孩一個(gè)人賺錢(qián)后，從家里坐二十多個(gè)小時(shí)的飛機(jī)，一個(gè)人到外國(guó)旅游。。。 要知道，這在中國(guó)的家庭是不可想象的，起碼我認(rèn)識(shí)人里面如此。
不像中國(guó)人一直都以學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)?yōu)橹攸c(diǎn)，她們從小學(xué)會(huì)賺錢(qián)追尋自己想要的東西。應(yīng)試教育雖有好壞，但是我覺(jué)得，對(duì)于中國(guó)來(lái)說(shuō)能夠自主產(chǎn)生像Airbnb，和Facebook的創(chuàng)業(yè)公司，在某種程度上禁錮思想的環(huán)境下，是很難實(shí)現(xiàn)的。 又如，雖然都是說(shuō)粵語(yǔ)，對(duì)比一下廣州和香港的地鐵上的公共標(biāo)語(yǔ)和宣傳廣告就可以知道，一個(gè)是多么的死板無(wú)趣，一個(gè)是多么的幽默，生動(dòng)，讓人看到不禁會(huì)心一笑。
同樣我認(rèn)為，因?yàn)榻逃?，和環(huán)境的差異，很多外國(guó)人自少就開(kāi)始在社會(huì)上歷練同時(shí)經(jīng)歷更多，到18歲后離開(kāi)父母。而中國(guó)人，很多是出來(lái)社會(huì)工作后脫離父母，才開(kāi)始跌跌撞撞地成長(zhǎng)，由于沒(méi)有之前的歷練來(lái)鋪墊，會(huì)成長(zhǎng)得更苦。

Unlike the Chinese? young people have been taught to focus on academic performance, foreign young people learn to make money themselves since a child so that to pursue the thing they want. Whatever Exam-oriented education is good or bad, but I think its hard for Chinese to start up a company like Airbnb and Facebook from Chinese environment. As another example, although saying the same language, Cantonese,for guangzhou and Hong Kong people, contrasting the public signs and the advertisement on the subway in two cities, you will feel one is boring while another is so funny. Therefore, because the differences of education, and environment, many foreigners began to accumulate the experience from society since young? and? after 18 years they leave their parents.? However, for the Chinese people, after starting the job for social and leave their parents, they grow in real meaning. Because there is no previous experience , they will grow bitter.
