we will build one antibody production plant which consists of upstream, downstream process facilities and spare space for filling. The upstream facility consists of two 100 liter, ?two 500 liter and 4 2500 liter working volume bioreactors. All the bioreactors and addition tanks are made of stainless steel, equitting with sip and cip. transfer lines between bioreactors are hard pipe. This production line is designed to manufacturing different kind of biologics alternately with fed batch modes. The broth clarification will adopt continuous centrifugation followed by depth filtration. The disc centrifuger will be equipped with sip and cip functions. We will start ?the plan next month and hope put this plant into use in two years.?
