In this modern era, almost everyone has a mobile phone. 5 to 10-year-old kid even has a mobile phone. Nowadays, with the development of technology, we can do so many things with our mobile phones. For example, we can post tweets or moments whenever we want to. We can play online games, watch online videos, and so on.

On the one hand, mobile phone makes our life convenient. We can shopping online just by using our phones. We can book a delivery and enjoy the food at home. Reading is so portable that you may not need paperback books. Furthermore, in China, if you have a phone installed wechat or alipay, you can even go out without any cash. Almost every shop can be paid by Wechat pay or alipay.

On the other hand, there are so much information on our phones. Distraction is common for us adults who have a mobile phone. Our phone can be jammed by many notifications. If you have a wechat account, you could receive tons of messages. With so many choices, making a decision on which to read is tough. Our time is limited, as a result, we don't them at all. Most of us have the addiction to check our phones. Long attention span becomes precious.

So, this is the best time, but this is the worst time. Mobile phones make life convenient, at the same time, it maybe the biggest distraction for us.
