Some people think that the amount of noise people make have to be controlled strictly, others say that people are free to make as much noise as they wish.Discuss both views and give your own opinion.?

Some people believe that they are allowed to make a noise no matter where or when they are. Although sometimes it is unavoidable to cause some sounds that may disturb others, however, I think that the majority of noise made by people should be strictly controlled.

Some people insist that they should be allowed the freedom to make noises when they need to. This is because there would be a great deal of trouble in people’s life if making noise were completely prohibited. For example, when a young couple first have their newborn infant, they perhaps don’t have enough knowledge and experience to feed him or her. Even though the baby may cry at night because hunger, all the work towards making him or her calm down should be accepted and understood.

However, there have been arguments against people always making a noise in most situations. This is because it has been scientifically proved that frequent exposure to noise leads to a lack of concentration and health-related problems. With regard to the former, people’s experience and efficiency are very easily be undermined by the noise in public places, ranging from libraries and cinemas to theaters. Another reason why the noise should be strictly controlled is that people are very likely to get the diseases such as depression or insomnia if they are unable to sleep well because of the noise made by a next-door neighbor having parties till the midnight every day.

Personally, noise people make in most situations are supposed to be controlled in many ways. People should be encouraged to be careful to respect others and keep quiet especially in public places.
