The index file is older than the data file:

  • 狀態(tài)已經(jīng)癲狂了。DiffBinddbObj <- dba.count(dbObj, bUseSummarizeOverlaps=TRUE)一直報錯：

  • bam和bai重新改了無數(shù)次，不知道哪出了問題。index文件怎么就比bam文件早了？

  • 結(jié)果是運行的數(shù)據(jù)跟下載到本地的數(shù)據(jù)文件時間顯示不一樣??！我服了。明明是同一個文件每次刷新時間還都不一樣！總之要保證index文件怎么就比bam文件晚。
