Employers should not be concerned about the way their employees are dressed at work. They should only care about the quality of their work .

To what extent do you agree or disagree?

As the corporate management seems to value the employees' work performance , it is suggested that the dress code can be ignored on the condition that the solid results can be achieved .I would argue otherwise that appropriate attire is indispensable for a corporate's overall development.

Indeed, the fundamental purpose of an establishment of an enterprise is to make profit .It is understandable for the employers to concentrate on boosting the profit .Those who are capable to help their bosses to achieve the goal are variably the most popular and seem to become undisciplined. In the long run ,this disturbing "malignant tumor" will spread fast just like influenza that will exert extremely negative impacts on their department and even the firm as a whole.

On the other hand, employees ,in some sense, signify the unity and image of an enterprise,which can be well illustrated by the example of sales and marketing team.It is universal to know that representatives in appealing suits tend to reflect positively on the group ,thus establishing desirable partnership with clients. As a result,there is no conflict between set of rules ofclothing and pursuit of quality of work.

Besides, the uniform can also play an important part in propaganda of a corporate. The logo or painting can be printed on the dressings, which is definitely a good way of ,not only publicizing the company but also increasing the sense of identity among staff .

To summarize, any business whose aim is to survive and thrive perpetually is unwilling to put their enterprise at risk just because of the neglect of dress code. This segment needs every employer's notice and attention.
