奧托在辨識(shí)談話場(chǎng)域中提到了四個(gè)層級(jí):Downloading——Debating——Dialogue——Collective creativity

對(duì)于reflective dialogue和 collective creativity還沒(méi)有很深的感悟,故暫不做解釋?zhuān)玠ownloading和 debating,就是自己工作時(shí)常見(jiàn)的溝通場(chǎng)域現(xiàn)狀。細(xì)思極恐,平均沒(méi)有有2-3個(gè)小時(shí)在會(huì)上,但若大家都是talking nice or talking tough, 那長(zhǎng)久以往,團(tuán)隊(duì)的溝通和文化會(huì)變成什么樣?場(chǎng)域不是一個(gè)人造成的,但卻可能因一個(gè)人而產(chǎn)生變化。當(dāng)和團(tuán)隊(duì)做溝通的時(shí)候,我是不是能放下自己的恐懼之聲說(shuō)自己想說(shuō),放下評(píng)判之聲聽(tīng)他人所言?我是不是能去聯(lián)結(jié)自己的好奇心去探索?當(dāng)我做不到時(shí),是不是做利益相關(guān)者訪談, 用利益相關(guān)者的角度看問(wèn)題,看待我的角色? 從我開(kāi)始會(huì)不會(huì)有人感覺(jué)到變化,從而愿意去嘗試?會(huì)不會(huì)有更多的人感受到從而更多的人嘗試?那個(gè)時(shí)候,我是不是能感受reflective dialogue ,體驗(yàn) collective creativity?
所有的這些問(wèn)題都有待嘗試,希望這周在工作上試一下并結(jié)合實(shí)例做一個(gè)分析。
