我，吳衍云，居于中國海南省瓊海市嘉積鎮(zhèn)勇敢村委會(huì)山心村23號(hào)，鄭重聲明：

I, Yanyun Wu, residing at No.23 Shanxin Village, Brave Village Committee,Jiaji Town, Qionghai City, Hainan Province, China, solemnly declare and affirm as follows:

1.我是死者王書來的丈夫。

I am the husband of the deceased, Shulai Wang.

2.在2023年下半年，我老伴身體衰敗嚴(yán)重。我知道我老伴可能日子不多。她不希望去世后遺體被火化。

In the second half of 2023, my spouse’s health deteriorated severely. I know my spouse may not have many days. She doesn’t want her? body to be cremated after death.

3.而我知道海南當(dāng)?shù)貧浽?，漢族人去世后要強(qiáng)制火化的。所以我支持我的小兒子在新西蘭的朋友幫助完成我妻子海葬的遺愿。

And I know that local funerals in Hainan require mandatory cremation after the death of Han people. So I support my younger son’s friends in New Zealand to help fulfill my wife’s last wish for a sea burial.

4.2024年8月我小兒子吳春洪與新西蘭警方和海南警方一起見面訪談。會(huì)談結(jié)束后，海南警方與我交流關(guān)于我老伴為什么去新西蘭。

In August 2024, my youngest son Chonghong Wu was interviewed by both the New Zealand Police and the Hainan Police. After the meeting, the Hainan Police communicated with me about why my spouse went to New Zealand.

5.我作為唯一的合法配偶，新西蘭警方居然在未經(jīng)過我同意的情況下火化了我老伴的遺體，給我造成了無法修復(fù)的精神傷害。

As the only legal spouse, the New Zealand Police cremated my spouse’s body without my consent, causing irreparable mental harm to me.

6.我親自了解到新西蘭警方欺騙我的兩個(gè)兒子，威脅他們，禁止大兒，禁止告訴我和小兒子。

I have personally learned that the New Zealand Police deceived and threatened my eldest son and second son, forbidding my eldest son from informing me and my youngest son.

7.我了解到的事實(shí)情況是我大兒子吳英奮在達(dá)到新西蘭之前，被新西蘭警方強(qiáng)迫簽署了火化授權(quán)書。

My eldest son Yingfen Wu was in the process of applying for and New Zealand police to sign the cremation authorization.

8.并且我已核實(shí)到我大兒子吳英奮在2025年2月收到的文件上面顯示的火化日期是2025年1月15日。他簽署的火化授權(quán)書的日期是2025年1月16日。我妻子的遺體是在未正式授權(quán)時(shí)就已經(jīng)被火化了。

Furthermore, I have verified that the document my eldest son Yingfen Wu received in February 2025 shows the date of cremation as January 15, 2025. The date on the cremation authorization form he signed is January 16, 2025. My wife’s remains were cremated before any formal authorization had been given.

我，吳英奮，居住于中國海南省瓊海市嘉積鎮(zhèn)愛華東路興義一橫街48號(hào)，

鄭重聲明：

1.我是死者王書來的大兒子。

2.在2024年12月至2025年1月，新西蘭警官。。。多次直接聯(lián)系我，談?wù)撽P(guān)于我母親的喪葬。

3.新西蘭警察。。。明確禁止我把正在做的這件事告訴我的父親吳衍云和長期贍養(yǎng)他的小兒子吳春洪。我無法理解。因?yàn)槲抑耙呀?jīng)多年沒有聯(lián)系我母親，我母親在國內(nèi)是與我父親和小兒子同住的。

4.因?yàn)槲以诙嗄昵耙呀?jīng)沒有與母親聯(lián)系，是我的三弟在贍養(yǎng)母親。我不明白為什么。。。警官不聯(lián)系我三弟，反而聯(lián)系我。

5.這些電話經(jīng)常在（如：凌晨2點(diǎn)或3點(diǎn)）打給我，導(dǎo)致我極度的精神疲憊和痛苦。

6.我被。。。警官告知，除非我立即同意火化我母親的遺體，否則我個(gè)人將承擔(dān)巨額存儲(chǔ)費(fèi)用。

7.我當(dāng)時(shí)正在辦理新西蘭簽證準(zhǔn)備參加法律程序，但警方在我到達(dá)之前強(qiáng)迫我簽署火化授權(quán)書。

8.2025年1月16日我按手印簽署了文件，僅因?yàn)槲覄e無選擇，且處于官方極端脅迫之下。

9.2025年2月我收到的文件上面顯示火化日期是2025年1月15日，是在我簽署火化授權(quán)書的前一天，也就是在我還未正式授權(quán)時(shí)就已經(jīng)火化了。

I Chunhong Wu, residing at No.23 Shanxin Village, Brave Village Committee, Jiaji Town, Qionghai City, Hainan Province, China, solemnly declare and affirm as follows:

1.我是死者王書來的三兒子。我一直和父母生活在一起，一直由我贍養(yǎng)父母。

I am the third son of the deceased, Shulai Wang. I have been living with my parents all along, and I have been the one supporting them.

2.關(guān)于2024年8月我與新西蘭警方和海南警方一起見面訪談，互相都有聯(lián)系，后來我一直在努力辦簽證，和等待通知去新西蘭處理我母親的遺體。

Regarding my meeting and interview with New Zealand police and Hainan police in August 2024, we both have connections. Later on, I have been working hard to apply for a visa and waiting for notification to go to New Zealand to handle my mother’s body.

3.直到2026年1月底，在反復(fù)催問總領(lǐng)館的情況下，我才接受到海南省海外辦的來電通知，我才知道我母親的遺體已經(jīng)在新西蘭被火化。

I was not until the end of January 2026 that, after I had repeatedly followed up with the Consulate General, I received a phone call notification from the Hainan Provincial Overseas Chinese Affairs Office. Only then did I learn that my mother’s remains had been cremated in New Zealand.

4.據(jù)我對(duì)海南殯葬法的了解，漢族人去世后要強(qiáng)制火化。我們要尊重當(dāng)?shù)氐姆伞?/p>

According to my understanding of the funeral laws in Hainnan, Han people are required to undergo mandatory cremation after death. Our family respects local laws.

5.我母親去新西蘭的目的是很明確的。我知道我母親的身體狀況，她深知自己的年日無多。她本人的遺愿是不愿被火化。更愿意海葬。

My mother’s purpose for going to New Zealand is very clear. I am aware of my mother’ s physical condition, and she herself is well aware that her days are numbered. It was her own expressed wish not be cremated but to have a sea burial instead.

6.2024年 3月，在新西蘭的朋友已經(jīng)幫助我母親完成這個(gè)遺愿。我當(dāng)時(shí)在訪談中多次向新西蘭警方和海南警方提及此事。

In March 2024, my friends at New Zealand have already helped my mother fulfill this last wish. I mentioned this matter multiple times to the New Zealand police and Hainan Police during the interview.

7.另外我了解到的實(shí)際情況是新西蘭警方經(jīng)常在凌晨2點(diǎn)到3點(diǎn)打電話給我大哥，導(dǎo)致他極度的精神疲憊和痛苦。最終他在2025年1月16日被迫簽署了火化授權(quán)書。

Furthermore, I am informed and believe that the New Zealand Police Department frequently made phone calls to my elder brother between 2:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m., which caused him sever mental exhaustion and distress. He was eventually forced to sign the cremation authorization form on January 16, 2025.

8.經(jīng)我核實(shí)，2025年2月，我大哥收到我母親的死亡證明，文件上顯示火化日期是2025年1月15日。我母親的遺體是在未正式授權(quán)時(shí)就已經(jīng)火化了。我母親海葬的遺愿被破壞，導(dǎo)致我非常心痛。

Upon my verification, in February 2025, my elder brother received our mother’s death certificate, which indicates that the date of cremation was January 15, 2025. My mother’s remains were cremated before any formal authorization had been given. My mother’s wish for a sea burial was violated, which has caused me profound grief and distress.

I am the grandson of the deceased, Shulai Wang.

2.我一直和父親、爺爺、奶奶一起生活。

I have been living with my father, grandfather and grandmother? all along.

3.奶奶經(jīng)常與我聊天，奶奶常提及她不希望自己去世后被火化，這成了她的心病。

My grandmother often chatted with me and frequently mentioned that she didn’t? wish to be cremated after he passing. This had weighed heavily on her mind.

4.2024年我的爺爺、父親與新西蘭警方有個(gè)見面訪談的事。

In 2024, my grandfather and father had an interview with the New Zealand Police.

5.當(dāng)時(shí)我父親與新西蘭警方面談時(shí)就明確澄清了海葬的事實(shí)。

At that time, during my father’s interview with the New Zealand Police, he explicitly clarified the facts regarding the burial at sea.

6.2026年1月份，我父親告訴我，海南省外事辦給他來電說奶奶的遺體在新西蘭被火化了。奶奶的遺愿沒能實(shí)現(xiàn)，讓我非常心痛。

In January 2026, my father told me that the Hainan Provincial Affairs Office had called him to inform him that my grandmother’s remains had been cremated in New Zealand. My grandmother’s last wish was not fulfilled, and it has left me deeply heart broken.

7.新西蘭警方在沒有得到我父親吳春洪和我爺爺吳衍云授權(quán)的情況下，就火化了我奶奶的遺體。

The New Zealand Police cremated my grandmother’s body without obtaining authorization from my father Chunhong Wu and my grandfather Yanyun Wu.
