? ? ? ? 早上7:30在飯?zhí)贸宰灾绮?,吃了相?dāng)多的生菜、6條瘦肉腸粉、一小盒酸奶,吃得飽飽的,貌似腸粉拿多了。

? ? ? ? 工作時(shí)勤快些,融運(yùn)動(dòng)于勞動(dòng)中。

? ? ? ? 中午在家吃午飯,先用蔬菜填滿大部分胃內(nèi)空間,差不多飽了之后,才吃了幾小片瘦肉,最后凈吃兩三口白飯。

? ? ? ? 午睡后去上班,有走動(dòng)的機(jī)會(huì)和時(shí)間,就勤快地自然地走動(dòng)走動(dòng)。

? ? ? ? 晚餐時(shí)在飯?zhí)贸粤撕苌倭康幕ú?、幾小塊白切雞(皮油骨丟棄),兩三口白飯,未有飽的感覺(jué)。下班回到家后,和家人一起吃晚餐,我凈吃蔬菜。

? ? ? ? 這樣的一天,自我感覺(jué)非常的舒適,沒(méi)有忍饑挨餓的感覺(jué)。

? ? ? ? 我減肥的目的,是降低身體患某些疾病的機(jī)率,依據(jù)現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)理論。

At 7:30 in the morning, I had a buffet breakfast in the dining hall. I ate a lot of lettuce, 6 lean meat powder, a small box of yogurt, and I was full. It looked like I had more intestines.
