如何委派工作
不少心上人的經理很難做到把自己干起來得心應手的工作分派給別人。但是,把自己不擅長的事情移交給他人來干,這是成功管理的關鍵。
根據個人的特長分配工作。這是有挑戰(zhàn)性的工作。讓他們發(fā)揮特長-你所不具備的特長。
移交整體項目。對被委派工作的任來說,這比移交支離破碎的工作更令人高興。如果他們感到自己擁有整個可以負責的項目,通常會勇敢面對挑戰(zhàn)。
給予鼓勵。開始時不要說,‘’我知道你真的很忙,沒時間做這個,不過......‘’.解釋該工作的重要性以及你選擇他們的原因。還要說明報酬,無論是經濟上的或是精神上的報酬。
明確期望和目標。詳細說明需要的結果,工作的期限,以及員工每隔多長時間向你匯報最新進展。
避免誤解。你把要求說明完之后,請他們重復自己要做什么給你聽,以確保指令明確無誤。
放手放權。不要成為他們工作的障礙。當他們需要你解答問題時再提供幫助,留給他們自己工作的空間。
態(tài)度積極。不吝夸獎。多提有益的反饋意見和建設性意見,這有助于樹立信心,并節(jié)省下次花費的時間。

Give incentives.Don't start by saying"I know you're really busy and don't have time for this,but... Explain why the job is important and thy you have chosen them.Also explain what the rewards are - possibly financial or psychological.
Define the expectations and objectives.Specify what results are needed,the deadline,and how often the employee should update you.
Avoid misunderstanding.After you have briefed the person,ask them to explain back to you what they're going to do to ensure the instructions are clear.
Let? go.Don;t check up on them.Make yourself available to answer questions but allow them to work on their own.
Be positive.Give lots of praise,helpful feedback and constructive criticism.It boosts confidence and saves time next time.
