出現(xiàn)以上提示后，ffmpeg命令行異常終止

嘗試調(diào)整了網(wǎng)絡(luò)攝像頭-碼率上限，調(diào)整前為4096kbps，調(diào)整后為1024kbps

啟用ffmpeg命令，長時間觀察后沒有報錯。
