A 組是quantity組,就是KPI是數(shù)量:100張照片得A;90張照片得B;80張得C以此類推。
B組是qulity組,就是KPI是質(zhì)量:照片質(zhì)量越高,得分越高。
最終是A組學(xué)生在學(xué)期期末的時(shí)候進(jìn)步更大。很多時(shí)候,我們總是去追求完美,追求一步到位,反而低估了持續(xù)進(jìn)步一點(diǎn)點(diǎn),堅(jiān)持的魅力。
也許,龜兔賽跑的故事,想告訴我們的就是堅(jiān)持的力量。
