Before I said something, I would like to throw out one question: Do you have the moment that you suddently found you have no courage or confidence however nothing happened on that day?

I told you that I have that moment in my life. Sometimes, I just don't know the reason why I am out of confidence or not brave, becoming very nervous about myself, even for my manager, I become not brave to ask some questions.

You may say I am a very young guy, are stll lack of some working experience, I agree this point but I think it shouldn't be an excuse.

When talking about courage, as a young guy, I recalled that it meems I missed lots of chances which they can give me great future. I remember it so clearly when I stayed in my university, I even don't have that courage to express my love for a girl who I love.

I know I should improve it. So today is a very good lesson to realize the importance of courage. May after that, I learn more.
