創(chuàng)建python3.6的環(huán)境

conda create -n python36 pip python=3.6 

激活環(huán)境

conda activate python36 

添加鏡像源

conda config --add channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/free/    
conda config --add channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/main/ 
conda config --set show_channel_urls yes                                                  
conda config --add channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/pytorch/

退cuda版本，同時降低pytorch版本，這里給出方案是，使用cuda10.0和pytorch1.2.0

conda install pytorch torchvision cudatoolkit=10.0 

pip install torch===1.2.0 torchvision===0.4.0 -f https://download.pytorch.org/whl/torch_stable.html

最后別忘記，測試一下

data=torch.Tensor(5,3)
data.cuda()
