I live in Ningbo, the weather now is just perfect to take a steep dive down tothe swimming pool. But the weather is not always like this.

? That day, me and mother were just ready to leave school, then, when wejust stepped out of the classroom, rain began to fall.

? ‘‘It’s just a small rain, let’s go, Dodo, I bring anumbrella!’’ mom said.

? And that was when things went wrong.

? Just suddenly, the rain was like a million sharp pin hitting ourumbrella, the wind blew stronger and the umbrella just about flew off mymother’s hand!

? ‘‘Oh, no!’’ I cried, ‘‘It’s a big rain storm, we needto stay.’’

? ‘‘No, we can’t! We need to go! Just not very far fromhere, the subway! Quick, or we can’t catch your internet class!’’

? So, we ran. The wind was really strong, it was likestepping on honey, hard to get out! I had to hold on mother who was not sobetter than me.My whole body was wet by rain even with the umbrella,the rain could crush on me and make me wet all over. Even all my socks weredripping water.

? After about twenty minutes, we finally got to thesubway.‘‘What a day!’’ We said.
