It Is the Hometown in my Heart

It is?called "90000 mountains"?with Clear, fun rivers and streams?and ethnic minority villages.

Many?old?traditions?and?life style in the era of agricultural civilization were?still preserved.

The people were simple and kind.?The teachers in the village primary school?did all that they could do?to support us.?Children in the village?learned and played with us.The villagers gave us the best kindness?and warmth.

Michael, an experienced teacher and natural artist from a Waldorf high school in U.S,?brought us vibrant art experience.?Clay sculpture and watercolor painting,?together with nature,?nourished me?greatly.

Hiking and mountaineering were our daily lessons,?This rolling mountain in the southwest of China?tempered our will.

Life in the vallege was sweet.?We swam, waded and boated,?had fun in?the water.?We went to camp after?a long hike.?Camping in the remote mountains,?We were one with nature.?Roaming in the mist in the morning,?I felt peace and beauty.?Someone played the flute. Music in the mountains was so moving!

We helped the villagers to reap,?felt the hardship of farming.

we had a grand party on the last night. The villagers built a big stage.?We sang, danced and acted.The villagers sang beautiful folk songs with us.?The most beautiful music is always in the folk.

It is?the?hometown?in my heart.
