- COSMIC is primarily hand-curated, ensuring quality, accuracy and descriptive data capture.
- 相較于之前的版本，除了網(wǎng)站和數(shù)據(jù)下載系統(tǒng)的更新（improvements）以外，還增加了一個新的功能：COSMIC-3D，該功能主要是用于探索變異在蛋白三維結(jié)構(gòu)中的位置，以及變異蛋白本身的結(jié)構(gòu)和對功能的影響，以及是否可以作為藥物靶點(diǎn)（druggability）！
