People are different, people are really different, here, it doesn't matter what you learned from school, what degree you earned,it's just about you, it's all about yourself. Today, I had a deeper understanding about people because I met one that is really unbelievable. Today, 2 people entered the restaurant where I work, they sat near each other and ordered the same meal-fish. After just 5-7 minutes, one of our staff brought their food then suddenly I heard one of them shouting at the top his lungs, " Call your chef, I want to see him immediately". He did not even let the staff talk, he just asked for the chef over and over again so the staff cannot do anything but to call the chef. He ran to the kitchen and say, "Jack, would you help me explain something to one of our customers, he's shouting outside and want to see you". Of Course, Jack replied "Sure, dear, don't worry." So Jack went out and apologize to the customer, " We are so sorry to provide you a smaller fish, we will change it for free". He even got down to his knees to ask for forgiveness. It took him more or less 30 minutes to explain the process but the customer still refused to calm down. At that moment, they just changed his meal with a bigger one and well, he ate all of it and still said, " I won't forgive you guys, your service is worse and I will surely let the owner know about this so he will inform the parent company and let's see what will happen". Looking back, the whole thing was all about a fish, just the size of the fish. It's not even noticeable. Actually, it's very simple and who can even control the fish' size? The fish that we served are almost the same. And do people really want to lose their energy just because of this? So dears, please be more open minded, don't focus on what you see but also on what you may earn. This small fish can give you enough energy without feeling too full and it can help you go a long way and most importantly, try your best to forgive others because you never know, someday, you may be in the same situation. So be nice instead if being pretentious so you can live a happier life. Thanks.
