九年級U7 SA閱讀是一篇詩歌，課程中第一次出現(xiàn)詩歌題材的文章，是個體會英語優(yōu)美、增加語感的好機(jī)會。

1.詩歌知識

這首poem有三個verse，句尾有押韻 ，跟讀體會

如第一節(jié)：ai, i, l

"When I was a tiny baby crying all night, my mom sang to me and stayed by my side.

When I was tired and hungry, she gave me food and warm arms to sleep in.

When I was running through the field, she made sure I was safe and kept me from danger.

2.詩歌仿寫

3.情景表演

設(shè)定情景，讓學(xué)生來表演與媽媽頂嘴的片段

在詩歌基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行拓展場景，讓學(xué)生強(qiáng)化句式練習(xí)I should be allowed to...

4.中文翻譯

讓學(xué)生用類似的中文句式優(yōu)美的翻譯

雖然把lifted me up翻成“舉高高”，把I am not a baby翻成了“我不是個寶寶”，但課堂氣氛很好

5.補(bǔ)充繪本材料

My Dad這本繪本中有許多描述爸爸的句子

"He is as big as a house

and as soft as my Teddy"

在一起閱讀繪本后請學(xué)生用相同的句式描述媽媽

6.布置仿寫作業(yè)

讓學(xué)生寫一首My Day/Mom小詩作為Thanksgiving的禮物送給爸爸或媽媽

學(xué)生作業(yè)展示：

1.情景表演：改成同學(xué)扮演媽媽和孩子角色，開火車接力，練習(xí)面更廣。

2.詩歌仿寫：改成“”“I am a poet”的小組活動，讓每組當(dāng)場完成一首詩歌，在班級內(nèi)部誦讀。
