基礎(chǔ)配置build

maven web項(xiàng)目中沒(méi)有servlet-api這些都是要導(dǎo)入打包不用加入

要集成Spring MVC要導(dǎo)入相關(guān)jar

在resources文件夾新建Spring 配置文件并配置（這個(gè)文件夾是存放資源文件的地方）
