Well, today is a perfect timing for party. At noon, 4 college classmates of mine- well, girls that's for sure, plus we three boys, had lunch together. We had braised spareribs with brown sauce, stir fried Chinese yam with Jew's ear(a name i just learnt, which is pretty interesting for sure), stir fried cowpea, braised chicken wings with potato cubes. These dishes? were cooked by Ma Song. I made two dishes: Twice-cooked pork and stir fried chayote, which has a light sweet flavour. We had hotpot at night. Sliced lotus roots, sticky rice ball, beef slices are my favorites.
