who were at the outside of a shop and Internet cafe， while I went out from Internet cafe，who should be an hour later than me reached Marduo . hard to meet cyclists on this route and foreigners more less . so we chatting at the street ，who were going the same direction as me and destination was Xining .now they want to buy some supplies and want to do some Internet stuff .they planning to go to lake Erlinghu the original headwaters land of Yellow river ，and attempt to set up camp at the Yellow rivers side for this evening. I think that should be a good place but wasn't my initial plan because I had seen many lakes in northern Tibet one month before ，so lakes have been not attract me too much .now I should consider if I make it with companys ，and which was not too far and not any up hill . after a while we start and set off .她們在一家商店和網吧外面，我剛剛從網吧出來，他們應該比我晚一個小時到達了瑪多。在這條路上很難遇到騎車的人及外國人。在街上我們聊天，他們從四川成都買的單車經石渠、玉樹過來,他和我都是同一個方向，他們目的地是西寧?，F在他們想買一些補給品和想去做一些上網的東西。但她們無身份證，不能上網，我用自己的身份證幫了他們一把。她們也計劃去鄂陵湖，黃河的源頭區(qū)域, 并嘗試晚上將扎營在黃河邊上。我認為那應該是一個好地方但不是我最初的計劃,因為在一個月前我在藏北已見過太多的湖泊,因此湖泊已經對我沒有很大的吸引?，F在我在考慮是否我應該找些同伴一起前往,它并不是太遠,并且沒有什么上山。有開車載客的當地藏族司機導游過來和我們聊，他告訴我，扎陵湖里面都是無人區(qū)，是個狼窩，你們一定要小心。過了一段時間后, 我們就開始出發(fā)了。
soon started raining and it seems to turn to more heavy ，with the abandoned big building at the right hand not far from the road ， Ondrej and Diane waves and call me get in ，we all pitch tent in the building ，good place the shelter could protect us from the rain .I almost camping outside these days so this building gave me a peace place.不久就開始下起雨,似乎雨下得越來越厲害,有一間廢棄的大建筑物在路邊不遠的地方,昂德瑞吉和黛安揮手叫我進去,我們都在大廈里扎帳篷,很好的庇護所保護了我們免受雨淋, 我這些天來幾乎一直露營在外面，這間建筑物給了我們一個和平安寧的地方。
we cooking evening and sitting around the fire in the dark ， Ondrej taken out three cans of beer from his bag . the food was cooking which mixed with potato、 cabbage 、eggs 、sweet potato and noodles .and you never imagine Ondrej take out a ukulele and to play and singing ，which was very interesting . (music from classical Europe Czech folk music) very wonderful and touching ，I very like this ancient Europe music atmosphere ，and
This is the first time for me to listen the real Ukulele music from a man Playing， impressive ! it could made spirit peace and calm .an interesting evening three country's person were cooking、 drinking、 chatting 、 playing ukulele around the fire in an abandoned big building .
Ondrej perhaps was a scientist I thought and he do a pose like using a microscope, Diane was a teacher ， they were living at the France border.
我們做飯晚，在黑夜里圍坐在火旁,昂德瑞吉從他的包袋里取出三罐啤酒。烹飪食物是混合著土豆,白菜,雞蛋、紅薯的面條, 你從未想象得到昂德瑞吉竟然拿出尤克里里,彈奏和唱歌,這是非常有趣的事。(音樂來自歐洲古典的捷克民間音樂)非常美妙動聽，我非常喜歡這種古老的歐洲音樂氣氛，我第一次聽到來自真人彈出的真正歐洲古典音樂，印象深刻 ! 這可以使人的精神和平和安靜。一個有趣的晚上，三個國家的人在一個廢棄的大建筑里圍著火堆做飯，喝酒，聊天，彈琴。

we chatted a lot of stuff，food、 tea、 cycling stuff …… who were very interesting in the routes of Tibet on the bike and they were wonder if Tibet opened now and the past for foreign cyclists .
they seem to almost completely not understand chinese. they teached me how to sounds "egg "with French and Czech ，we chatted about "GSM " I don't known what it was，later I seen what they point it turned out that it was "味精". I told them some simple Chinese" 面粉、 玉米粉 、斤 、味精、白菜 ……"，they hate GSM very much ，so now they could speak "不要味精” in Chinese restaurant . (11days later we met again in Laga ，we drink at riverside they teach me "cheers" with French and Czech .
我們聊了很多東西，食物，茶，自行車相關的東西......，他們對騎車去西藏的路線非常感興趣，以及西藏現在和過去是否對外國自行車愛好者開放。
他們似乎完全不懂中文。他們教我如何發(fā)音用法國和捷克語去說“雞蛋”, 我們聊到“GSM”但我不知道是什么,后來我看到他們拿著方便面的味精佐料，其實他們想指出的最終結果是“味精”。我告訴他們一些簡單的中國話“面粉,玉米粉,斤,味精，白菜……”，他們拿出筆和薄要記住是怎么發(fā)音，因為他們有時要買一斤或半斤的什么食材，他們討厭GSM, 所以現在如果去到中國餐廳他們會用中國話說“不要味精”。我在湖邊做面疙瘩時，我記得最深的是，他教了我這一句單詞，叫“ Dumpling”.(11天后我們又在拉加鄉(xiāng)見面，我們在河邊喝酒，他們教我法語和捷克語的“干杯”。
who were back to Laga by car ，join their friend's wedding . story was that，when they riding to Anyemaqen just blocked by local police below the pass , Anyemaqen area are not allow foreigners riding and they been took to Maqin in the police car， when they reached Maqin happen to met and known a Laga English teacher， so when they rode and reached in Xining， the teacher was wedding and called them join his wedding，so we could met again.)(after 3 days we met again on a up hill，
who were back to Xining on the teacher's car ， it's very hard to met three times on the road as far as the cyclists .)他們是坐車回到拉加，參加他們朋友的婚禮。故事是這樣的,當他們騎行到阿尼瑪卿時[青海的神山]，剛好當地警方經過，被他們以不允許外國人在阿尼瑪卿下騎車為由, 把她們帶上往瑪泌去的警車上,當他們到達瑪泌時碰到并認識了來自拉加鄉(xiāng)的英語老師,所以當他們騎到了西寧,這位老師結婚,叫他們回去參加他的婚禮。又過了3天以后，我正在上山的路上，那位老師正載著她們回西寧的路上，又遇見我，他們停下車跟我打招呼，于是我們又再一次見面。
她們正坐著老師的車回西寧的路上，在路上騎自行車的人竟然能在路上遇到三次，這確實讓人想不到。)
next morning was a nice day，we set off in the warm bright sunshine. the road was asphalt but after 30km or so,it deteriorated into awful dirt washboards road ，riding very not easy.
a wide plain with wetland、 Yellow river and the grassland ，grassland was gentle and beautiful with wild donkeys on the not distance .
Ondrej and Diane were faster than me， when I reached the lake it had almost been near sunset ，set up tent at lake side .
a wonderful night ，beautiful lake ， stary sky 、without wind 、very quiet just only slightly waves noise and a few wild ducks sounds in midnight ，great ! which I think where was one of the best campsite for me in my all trips .

次日的早上天氣很好，我們在明媚的陽光下出發(fā)了。這條路初段是柏油路，但30多公里后就變成了可怕的搓衣板路，騎起來很不容易，每個搓板凸起的高度是離奇的有將近二十公分，這幾乎使我丟掉了向前的欲望。
廣闊的平原，濕地，黃河和草原，草原是柔和和美麗的，野驢就在不遠的地方。
昂德雷吉和黛安娜騎得比我快，當我到達湖邊時，已經快日落了，他們在湖邊搭起了帳篷。
一個美妙的夜晚，美麗的湖水，滿天的星星，沒有風，非常安靜，只有輕微的波浪聲和幾只野鴨在午夜發(fā)出的叫聲，太棒了! 我認為那是我所有旅行中最好的露營地之一。昂德雷吉第二天早上在湖邊彈著尤克里里
