"We want to be 0.01 second faster than the others," Guo Guangchang，Chairman of Fosun Group，said at Fosun's mid-term work conference. Someone asked, "why not hurry up a little bit more? One second faster, one hour faster, one day faster,one year faster, isn't that great?” In fact, when he/she says that, he/she is praising himself/herself. When compteting, the more superior they are, the smaller the gap is between them. We say 0.01 secondfaster, which means we regard others as masters.Therefore, we have to be a little faster in a situation where it is no longer easy and we have to be a little higher in a situation where it is no longer easy. There is a little disparity concerning the competition between the masters. However, accumulating little by little, we will gain more as time goes by.

Guo Guangchang also referred to his views?on experience and change. He said: " Now I reckon experienced people are?also a bit scary on account of a working habit that they have formed for many?years. Besides, they have got used to a kind of thinking. It's really hard to?change this thinking. I don't mean I don’t want to employ an experienced?person. What I'm afraid is that they are stuck with experience and can't get?out of experience."

郭廣昌：要比別人快0.01秒

復(fù)星集團(tuán)董事長郭廣昌在復(fù)星的中期工作會議上說：“我們希望能比別人快0.01秒。有人問，為什么不快更多一點(diǎn)？快1秒、快1小時(shí)、快1天、快1年不是很好嗎？其實(shí)說這句話的時(shí)候，已經(jīng)有點(diǎn)自詡的味道在里面了。因?yàn)樵绞歉呤种g的比招，差距越小。我們說快0.01秒，是已經(jīng)把大家看成高手了。所以，在快一點(diǎn)已經(jīng)不容易的情況下，我們要再快一點(diǎn)；在高一點(diǎn)已經(jīng)不容易的情況下，我們要再高一點(diǎn)。高手過招，就差那么一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)。但這一點(diǎn)一點(diǎn)積累下去，時(shí)間長了以后，就會差很多。”

郭廣昌還提到他對經(jīng)驗(yàn)和改變的看法。他說：“我現(xiàn)在覺得，經(jīng)驗(yàn)很豐富的人，也有點(diǎn)可怕。因?yàn)樗嗄晷纬闪艘环N工作習(xí)慣，已經(jīng)習(xí)慣于一種思維了。要改變這種思維，的確比較難。我不是不想用經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的人，我怕的是他們?yōu)榻?jīng)驗(yàn)所困，在經(jīng)驗(yàn)里走不出來?！?/p>
