REX池有四個資源：

-CPU，NET貸款
-RAM交易費
-名稱拍賣出價
這些收益將立即按比例分配給REX。
在v1.8.3中，它將從收集到REX階段的收益開始的12小時內，在30天內線性分配時間。
REX->下限unlent余額->高租金（防止價格過低）
先前版本：
-未借出token不能少于已借出token的20％
-未借出token不能少于總token數的1/6
賣單隊列：
-將賣單延遲到賣單隊列中，以不觸發(fā)下限
1.8.3版本：
-未借出token不能少于借記token的10％
-未借出token不能少于總token數的1/5

More unlent duration, more resources will be lent

There are four resources for the REX Pool:

CPU, NET loans
RAM trading fees
name auction bids（出價）

These proceeds will be distributed pro rata to REX instantly.
In v1.8.3, it will distributed in linear time over 30 days starting within 12 hour from the proceeds collected into the REX staging.
REX -> lower bound unlent balance -> high rental price (to prevent too cheap)
Previous Version:
unlent tokens can't be lower than 20% of lent tokens
unlent tokens can't be lower than 1/6 of total tokens

Sell Queue:
delay the sell order into a sell queue to not violating lower bound

1.8.3 Version:
unlent tokens can't be lower than 10% of lent tokens
unlent tokens can't be lower than 1/5 of total tokens
